Privacy and terms of use

1. Who we are

StellarWood is operated by Square Grape LLC, the controller of your account data. For anything about your data, write to the contact your workshop gave you, or use the account deletion page (link below). The service is in early release and access is by invitation.

2. Data we keep

The account e-mail address and the workshop name.
Your projects, every version of each project and imported 3D files. Versions and files are kept as the evidence of what was printed or sent to production.
The client and room you give a project (for example "Ana — kitchen"). That is data about your own customers: the workshop decides what it records and needs a basis for it; we only store it for you.
Technical logs: the request log for 14 days and the general server log for 30 days.
Two cookies: the session cookie that login requires, and one that remembers your chosen language.

3. Why, and on what basis

To provide the service (designing, versioning and exporting furniture) and to keep the design history a workshop uses to check production — performance of a contract (Brazil's LGPD, art. 7, V). Technical logs serve security and fixing errors — legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). We do not sell data, run advertising or use tracking cookies.

4. Where, and who helps us

On Amazon Web Services servers in the United States, which also store imported files and send the service's e-mails (an international data transfer, art. 33). If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity. We share data with no one else, except under a legal order.

5. How long

While the account exists. When you delete the account it is disabled at once and can no longer be used; the account, projects, versions and files are erased within 30 days. Technical logs expire after 14 or 30 days (section 2) and backups within 14 days after deletion.

6. Your rights (LGPD, art. 18)

You can ask for access, correction, a copy (portability) and deletion of your data. Ask through the account deletion page or the contact above; we answer within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

7. Terms of use

StellarWood geometry is illustrative and not yet released for fabrication or CNC.
The workshop is responsible for checking measurements, materials and hardware before fabrication.
Your projects are yours. You let us store and process them only to provide the service.
Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to overload or attack the system. We may suspend an account that does.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost production, material or profit arising from its use.
These terms are governed by Brazilian law.

8. Changes

Changes to this text will be published on this page, with a new version date.
